Training and Mentoring
The first step in joining Outset Health and adding the Outset Hormones Personalized membership program to your practice is training and certification. Outset Health provides best-in-class didactic and clinical training on all modalities of hormone administration, advanced hormone usage, and complimentary supplementation to ensure your practice is well-equipped to fill these patient needs. Our training is built and taught by industry leaders with over 40 years’ of applied experience in hormone optimization and age management.
We offer monthly training at locations across the US and in practice. Post-training, we offer highly trained physician mentors to help with your initial patients or to consult with on especially difficult cases. We are simply a phone call or email away to help you.
Practice Setup and Staff Training
After training, our team arrives at your practice for program setup. Our goals and methods are designed to ensure minimal impact on your current practice.
Utilizing our decades of experience in working with all specialties of medical practices, we are confident to say that we have truly “been there, done that!” In fact, we even learned exactly what NOT to do! We took all the information from the most successful practices and replicated that to increase your office flow efficiency. Physical marketing materials are implemented, and your staff is trained in program features. We then perform a thorough workflow refinement, regulatory review, and end with full training on our best in industry technology.
All Outset healthy aging programs use our web-based practice management system to ensure ease of use, shared data repository, process automation, full biomarker capture, and concierge service to your patients. The Physician Portal is built on Salesforce allowing, best-in-class lead management and concierge patient handling.
Communicate – HIPAA secure telehealth and SMS/text, all parties can instantly view patient communication history and receive alerts when needed.
Dosing – Outset Health’s fully integrated patient-specific dosing tool takes the guesswork out of dosing. All pertinent biomarkers, lab panels, and medical history are algorithmically calculated, and a patient-specific hormone (pellet, injectable, cream) and supplement dosing range is generated.
Treat – Once you dictate your treatment plan, our systems and staff handle all pharmacy and vendor processing, ensuring exactly what you prescribed is delivered to the patient or practice on schedule. For E-Rx and controlled substances, a quick review and approval on our portal or mobile app is all that is needed!
Patient Outreach and Program Consultation
You and your staff are already running a busy practice, let Outset help with patient outreach and program explanation! All our physical materials and marketing campaigns direct interested parties back to our knowledgeable Patient Experience Specialists, who are skilled in identifying a patient’s symptoms and goals while properly explaining how the program can help.
Next, Outset fully coordinates and implements quarterly Patient Seminars at your practice or a local hotel. These presentations, in a more intimate environment, speak directly to interested patients providing them with the essential education they need to help them make an informed decision about their health and aging goals.
Patient Scheduling and Concierge Service
Utilizing our Provider portal and your EMR, our Patient Experience Specialists handle all patient scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups at a concierge level. From intake and consent forms to initial labs and post-treatment follow-up, Outset takes the concierge patient communication work off your practice and staff so they can continue to focus on what they already do so well. All of Outset Health’s Patient Experience Specialists are meticulously trained in all modalities of HRT & BHRT.
Provider Consult and Treatments
Our goal at Outset is to allow you to focus on treating the patient. Our technology and training allow you to quickly review the patient’s symptoms, goals, labs, biomarkers, and medical history to help you design a truly patient-specific plan to solve their current issues and put them on a path to healthy aging and disease prevention.
Health Coaching
After your initial consultation with the patient, your dedicated health coach will reach out to build a patient-specific fitness, nutrition, diet, and supplementation program. Each patient will have weekly 1-on-1 education, training, and support during their Goal phase. This helps to increase patient accountability, further educates your patients, providing optimal patient outcomes and program satisfaction.
We also offer patients Outset Coach, a best-in-class mobile app delivering patient-specific fitness plans, videos, diets, nutrition, and accountability. The Outset Coach app connects to all major Apple and Google platforms, including workout, diet, and biometric tracking via Apple Watch, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, and Mindbody.
Best-In-Class Supplementation
No more having to store inventory and sell supplement bottles in your waiting room! Our core supplements are Health and Hormone Supportive, delivered in industry-unique daily am/pm packets, and are directly shipped to your patients by Outset with a 90-day supply. Practitioner Follow-up
During the patient’s first-year goal phase, you will consult with the patient quarterly, either in-office or via our telehealth platform. After the patient’s hormones are optimized and their health goals are met, we move them to an ongoing continuity program. In this phase, bi-annual follow-ups are recommended.
